This is a Word document that is used in conjunction with the Integumentary System Open Notes. It is an 18 question assignment. All answers can be found in the open notes (purchased separately) - no tricks, no gimmicks. The questions and answers go in order of the information presented in the open notes.
This assignment is used on the computer with a drop box such as Blackboard or School Space. It can be quickly and easily converted into a printable paper copy by simply removing the asterisks and adding lines for the students to write their answers instead of typing them. I use this format often so that we can save paper by using electronic copies of assignments.
The student answers the questions by placing the cursor between the red asterisks and begins typing the answer - that way they can easily see that they've answered the question and I can easily grade the assignment by reading what they've typed in red. If completed correctly, the student's answer sheet will look much like your answer KEY - I love technology!
However, if a paper copy is preferred, simply remove the red asterisks and add lines for the answers instead. Easy!
