This is a daily behavioral chart for those with more intense behaviors. The way I did this was that the student gets a tally every 15 minutes if I see the desired behavior occurring. They were rewarded each time they reached their tally goal. Sometimes it would be every 4 consecutive tallies or if they reached their daily tally goal. It was determined based on the child's needs. Their goal varied based on the child and what would motivate them. Example, 5 minutes computer time or trip to another classrooms to be a guest reader. It is editable on Word and has a spot for notes.
