This year, a large focus of mine is to be intentional in how I use my time. I created this daily scheduler to help me achieve this! 2 types of schedules are included. Both prompt you to do one thing each day that fills your cup, and to write down a focus thought/word/affirmation. Both also have a "brain dump" space with a grid that you can use to write straighter, draw, doodle, etc!
So what's the difference between the two? One is in an hourly format (6am-10pm) and another is goal-oriented.
