Want to make your science review a little more engaging? These cooperative learning activities will keep students learning while at the same time allowing them to communicate, share, cooperate and write about what they're learning in science.
The questions focus on physical and behavioral adaptations, interdependence, predator vs prey, pollination, seed dispersal and animals competing.
Each question has an activity embedded in order to keep the review fun and engaging. Directions and examples are included for the teacher, and students are provided with directions within the questions as well. Many cooperative learning structures are included to get kids involved and, at times, moving around the classroom. Depth and Complexity icons are also included for GATE students to see the connection, but this is not strictly a GATE activity.
