Place the RED QR code so that it is covering one number between 17 and 100 on the 100s chart (if you place the code below 17 the students will go into negative numbers while calculating). Students will scan the RED QR code and read the equation. They will then determine which number on the 100s chart they should land on after completing it. Move the code several times to test your students’ knowledge!
This code can be used in Math centers or as a morning warm up. Have students take turns moving the QR code to different locations and predicting where the code will land on the 100s chart.
