My team and I were looking for a way to keep our students engaged and learning hands-on as we work on the alphabet during the school year. I created this resource that can be used as a packet or (how I prefer) an interactive notebook.
Each letter has 4 pages associated with it.
* Coloring Page
*Skill page: Tracing Uppercase and Lowercase letters, Finding the letter, color the picture that makes beginning sound, and writing letter to make words.
Each page has a dotted outline on it. If you use it as an interactive notebook as I do, the students can cut on the dotted like for the pages to fit perfectly on a standard 10.5" by 8" notebook. I use the wide-rule 70 page notebooks that you can always find on sale before the school year starts. I like to use it as an interactive notebook because I think it is more durable and my kiddos get to practice their cutting, gluing, and listening skills!
By creating a comprehensive guide to the alphabet that is engaging, the students will have a self-created resource to refer to and build on all year long.
I hope you enjoy this product - if you have any questions please feel free to contact me!
