Interactive Guided Reading Alphabet and Sight Word Program
The interactive guided reading alphabet and sight word program was a systematic phonics program developed to follow a more balanced literacy approach to teaching phonics and sight words. The alphabet letters/corresponding sounds and sight words are taught within meaningful context using the interactive emergent readers. The interactive component adds the element of comprehension and engagement. The color versions do not include the interactive component as they are meant to be projected on your Smart Board or placed in the pocket chart to be used for shared reading. The letter sequence and more details of the program are found in the “Preview File”.
