Build A Food is a great interactive life skills activity where children can learn how to make burgers, pizzas, sandwiches, and tacos from a menu all while pretending to work at a restaurant.

Made with Distance Learning and Teletherapy in mind. Use a mouse on a computer or trackpad on laptop to "Drag and Drop" MOVEABLE images/toppings to "build" or assemble customers' orders.

Learn the ingredients/toppings, menu list, and the general steps to make the food item before fulfilling customer orders. Also, there is a drag and drop sequencing “check-in” activity and a "typing" activity component. Instead of typing, you can also write the steps out in the printable templates provided.

At the end of each section, there is the ability to customize and build your own burger, pizza, sandwich, and taco to how you like it. You will get the chance to type in your order or write it in the printable templates provided and then assemble and build it.

Each food section includes:
1. An Ingredients List
2. Menu Page
3. Step-By-Step Visual and Written Instructions
4. Check-In Sequencing Activity (click to drag and drop into correct order)
5. Steps-by-step Typing Activity
6. 5 customer orders (click to drag and drop toppings to assemble and build)
7. Build Your Own Writing/Typing Activity
8. Create Your Own (Type in your order and Build-It)
