Turn your student's love for online games into a fun math activity. Assign a math game to your students for practice and review and ask them to rate it. This makes the student accountable for the math content as well as the time on line. Students must insert examples of the game problems that they solve as well as rate the games on ease of play, fun factor, and math content. I often ask students to find their own games on the web, rate them, and be ready to share their games and ratings in our "math meeting."
