**UPDATED September 15, 2013:
When you open the file, there will be 2 zip files - 1 file contains the entire package with prompts to cut and glue in student journals, the other file includes prompts ONLY that can be printed on Avery Label #48160. I added this file upon request to ease the burden of cutting and pasting the prompts. I hope this helps!
