This is a great resource, written in student friendly language, that helps students understand the various mistakes that can be made. We put it on our interactive math notebook and reference back to it a bit.
This resource that my students placed in their interactive notebooks has helped my students become independent thinkers about what went wrong with the problems they work on instead of relying on me to tell them what their error was.
