I prefer to have a typed out Table of Contents for my students to use in their Interactive Notebooks rather than having them fill out sheets at the beginning of their notebooks because I'm all for structure and organization. These sheets are intended to be cut out and pasted into the inside cover of the notebook. All students need to do is cut out the outer solid line around the Table of Contents and then fold along the dotted line on all pages. They then just glue one on top of the other only along the dotted line and above (except the back page which is glued the length of the page to the inside cover of the notebook), so it creates a sort of flip book with numbers 1-50 as the top page and 151-200 as the bottom page. You can see a picture of the Table of Contents in use on my blog - http://thisteachersweatsglitter.blogspot.com/2014/07/so-its-about-time-i-did-follow-up-post.html
This file is NOT editable. It is intended to allow your students to write in the page information.
I use this with my High School Spanish classes, but this can be used with any class/subject able to fill in a table of contents.
