These are the verb charts I use for my Spanish I & II classes (but they can be used in any level that uses charts as well as any language). I personally do not teach the Vosotros form, so I only need the 5 tab charts. However, I have included the 6 tab charts for those of you that do.
Students need to cut around the black border of each chart. They then need to fold along the dotted line and cut up the black lines of each chart to create flaps. I have my students write the subject pronouns on the top of each flap, the meanings in English of each verb form using the chart verb on the underside of each flap and the conjugation on the lined paper below each flap.
