There are 10 pages:
pg 1 How many words can you make from 'Happy Groundhog Day'? The bubble letters are cloned so that you can select them and move them around if you'd like. Students can also do this activity at their seats in their notebooks.
pg 2 Find the two numbers that add to make the middle number. If students select correctly they will see a check mark.
pg 3 Do you think the groundhog will see his shadow? Students click on the random selector to see the answer. Children can take turns trying it out, so much fun!!
pg 4 Rhyming pairs, 'day or brown'. Students drag the words into the correct category. If they are correct the word disappears, if incorrect the word bounces back to try again.
pg 5 Adding using a number line.
pg 6 Long Vowel Game: Spin the wheel and move your marker to the closest word with that vowel.
pg 7 Drag the vowels to make new words.
pg 8 Counting Tens and Ones
pg 9 Place Value Magic Students count the groundhogs and record the tens and ones by dragging the base ten blocks. To check their answers they use the magnifying glass which will reveal the correct response.
pg 10 Continue the Pattern Click and drag the groundhogs to continue the pattern.
