This fun interactive BINGO game will have students out of their seats and easily speaking Spanish. The vocabulary is focused around clothing, emotions, and personality traits (Examples: Pantalones, triste, Avido).
Students do not play this game traditionally (although it can be adapted to the traditional game if desired). There are no chips or stamps needed to fill spaces. Instead students must interact with other students in Spanish to fill spaces.
The learning objectives of this interactive Spanish BINGO game include (1) augmenting speaking proficiency in the areas of fluency and pronunciation, (2) using effectively the second person singular and the first person singular conjugation of an -ar verb and ser, and (3) building fluency with vocabulary words concerning clothing, emotions, and personality.
The interactive BINGO game gives students an opportunity to have fun and learn kinesthetically, aurally, and orally.
The game also gives the teacher the opportunity to listen for oral mistakes as s/he monitors the activity.
