My students love this project for the interactive elements as well as the variety of ways to show off their knowledge. Full of foldables and graphic organizers, learing is hands on! When using this in the classroom, I give students a large piece of poster board, folded into thirds so that it can stand on its own. Once placed on the board student knowledge and character analysis is nicely displayed and easily assessed. This is a great project for the end of a unit or novel study. This is also an easy way to keep students organized and motivated for a book fair display or open house projects.
*Note* I have included two different ways for students to display the plot. Students can choose from a plot timeline or plot mountain. I let students choose one rather than do both
