The goal of this project is to engage students in research that culminates in a presentation/simulation. Students will research an interest group and create a bill based on said research. In Part 2 of the project, students will create a presentation that will aim to introduce the bill that was created in Part 1 and explain why the bill should be passed. As an extension or idea for this project, teachers can use the presentation as a way to simulate the bill becoming a law process.
