Product Description
This activity takes students step by step into the process of beginning to create questions. Students will read a short passage and pick out details that pertain to the interrogative categories (location, thing/action, person, time, description, reason, and number). Students will list the question word associated with each detail. Finally, students will create questions for each category.

This is a great guided activity to do with pairs or as a teacher modeling activity before students create their own original questions.
