Interactive and Paperless Google® Interval Notation Match Up Activity.
Great practice for such an important topic. Students sort and match 18 puzzle pieces on each of three slides matching Interval Notation in three formats: Graphing, Variable notation, such as 3< x <18, and Parentheses bracket notations such as (3, 18]. Great practice also for inequalities.
Use all the slides now, or give them to your students one at a time. There are 18 problems, 54 pieces. Students can work alone or in groups. Many problems are similar to each other making this a challenging activity. The pieces are coded for easy grading.
Both an online and a printable version of the recording sheet are included, as well as all the answer keys. Detailed illustrated instructions on accessing and sharing this resource with your students are also included as well as the link to the product.
