“Into, Through & Beyond” Self-Reflection Form: Helping Students with Anxiety
Here is an effective tool to help your students build capacity in understanding their own struggles with Anxiety. The form invites the student to think more deeply about his or her behaviours before, during and after class.
The goal of the questionnaire is to help the student describe behaviours that may interfere with learning, identify strategies that have been shown in the past, and to develop further strategies to enable success.
Depending on the age of the student, the form can be completed with a teacher. It will be important to prompt the questions and to guide the discussion in order to draw out the student's insights about their challenges with Anxiety.
