Students will create a Frayer model foldable which will help them understand the six different ecology terms: ecology, ecosystem, abiotic, biotic, habitat & niche. This foldable will require students to define the target vocabulary words, write the essential characteristics of the word, draw an illustrated example, and apply this information by generating non-examples for each word.
My foldables are designed to fit on a standard 8.5 x 11 paper and require printing two pages (double-sided). This resource makes a great interactive notebook entry or classroom wall display. An example key is included.
Please note: This is a new and improved design on my Frayer Model Foldable Series. I have reduced the number of pages needed to create the foldable and the amount of cutting and gluing required. If you have purchased my frayer model foldables before, please read the updated directions on how to create the new design.
