This is a one-sided homework or practice sheet that covers recognizing and expanding/contracting a monomial using a coefficient, base(s) and exponents. The first 6 questions gives the student a monomial and asks them to identify the base, exponent and coefficient. Questions 7 through 12, ask the student to expand the monomial. Finally, questions 13 through 20, the student is given an expression in expanded form and asked to rewrite it using a coefficient, base(s) and exponent(s). 20 questions total. Key included. 2 pages
