Introduce "GO" verbs in a contextual and communicative approach. Instead of having just a chart and have student's take notes have them learn the meanings of the verbs through a story that is funny, culturally relevant, and appropriate for a beginner-intermediate level.
Student's will read about people who go on a date in Madrid with a couple of funny twists.
Follow up questions that allow ALL student's to challenge themselves. These questions are based off of blooms taxonomy and fall under lower level thinking skills of "Knowledge and Comprehension" as well as higher order thinking like "Application, and Synthesis".
