This set of TWO digital activities is easy to use in the classroom or with distance learning to help introduce students to logarithms and the change of base formula. Students will love getting instant feedback as they evaluate logs! The activities are designed in Google Sheets. When students type in the solution, they will immediately see the orange "Incorrect" box switch to a green "Correct!" notification if they've entered the correct answer.
These activities are great to use with my FREE online lessons!
The intro to logs activity has 20 questions and includes common and natural logs. The change of base formula activity has 10 questions and asks students to round to the nearest thousandth. You can delete any questions you do not want to use or add your own.
After you purchase the activity, you will receive a pdf with a link to copy to your Google Drive and editing directions (if desired). You and your students must have a free Google account in order to access the activity. This activity can be shared with students through email, Google Classroom, or with a link. Although this activity can be printed from Google Drive, a printed copy of this activity is not included in the download. The download is a PDF instruction sheet with links to the digital activities.
