This deck of cards is designed to be at an introductory level and is scaffolded to increase in difficulty. The first two cards include arrows and explain the process of distributing the number outside the parentheses to each term inside. The first half of the cards give the sign in between and ask students to type in the first and second terms. The second half of the deck requires students to type in both terms with the correct sign in between. Don't forget you can hide any cards you don't want students to see!

All constants that need to be distributed are POSITIVE. Here are a few example expressions that are included:
