Product Description
This presentation goes along with the Everyday Math Kindergarten Program : Activity 4.7 Meet the Calculator. I allowed my students to play around with their calculators first. Next, we discussed what calculators are and their purpose. Finally, I introduced the children to the ON/C key. The children practiced using this key by answering simple questions and then clearing their display. This powerpoint presentation provides visuals for your students which makes it more fun and engaging.

Questions included in the presentation:

-How many ears does a cat have?
-How many legs are on your chair?
-How many legs does a spider have?
-How many trunks does an elephant have?
-How many wheels does a bike have?
-What is the number that comes after nine?
