Product Description
Help your students prepare for factoring! Many of my students are overwhelmed by thinking about multiple ideas at once when factoring. I do some of these problems with my students before factoring to get them thinking about the product and the sum at the same time in an arithmetic fashion only before worrying about the variables involved with the algebra.

After students identify the correct pair of numbers to create the indicated product and sum, they shade the figure in the color noted with that problem.
