This test assesses working with equal groups of objects to gain foundations for multiplication.
There are various types of questions such as:
-Students are given a picture of an array and asked to show the array using repeated addition and multiplication in number sentences.
-Students are asked to draw an array and complete number sentences.
-Students are asked to group a picture of objects into equal groups.
-The back side consists of a matching section where students match a story problem to its corresponding array (ex: Each box holds 5 crayons. Josh had two boxes.)
