PowerPoint lesson II in the "Electricity and Magnetism" Unit VI - introductory physics. This lesson identifies and explains the two types of electric current; describes how conductors and insulators work; and explains Ohm's law in calculating resistance, current and voltage in a circuit.
PowerPoint lessons contain many graphics and links to short videos to further student understanding.
PowerPoint slides also contain notes for the instructor based on students most "frequently asked questions" or FAQ's to help clarify the subject.
A suggested class activity is included at the end of each lesson and a 20-question interactive quiz/review at kahoot.it is also included as a link in the last slide.
