Even in 7th grade, I realized that many of my students had a difficult time transitioning among the different representations of proportional relationships. This is a 6-door foldable (printed on legal size paper) that addresses how to change:
Tables --> Graphs
Graphs --> Tables
Tables --> Equations
Equations --> Tables
Graphs --> Equations
Equations --> Graphs
All relationships are linear, however, it does not include information on slope and/or y-intercept. To transition from equations to graphs (and back), I have my students create a table.
This foldable is completed as an introduction/remediation to CC7.RP.2 - Recognize and represent proportional relationships between quantities.
