This is a powerpoint presentation about the Inuit culture. The slides include information about the following areas of the Inuit culture: people, symbols, land, transportation, homes, school, work, language, food, clothing, music, dance, art, games, celebrations, and legends/stories. There are some links to internet sites, which at the time of posting were all working. This presentation gives younger students an overview of the culture. If you are able to bring in physical artifacts to support the visual presentation that would be ideal. You may also want to get the accompanying Inuit Culture Study booklet, which provides space for students to record what they have learned about each area of the culture.
