This item is a writing and research mini-unit that includes 7 days of activities. In this unit, students will be guided in choosing an inventor to research. They will then be guided in the research process to find information about their inventor. Next, students will use the information they gathered to write a multi-paragraph research paper. After writing is complete, students will use a guide to peer edit their papers. A rubric is included to make the grading process simple and easy for teachers!
