Here is a great interactive Digital Scavenger Hunt for your Algebra and PreCalculus students. Great practice for finding Inverse Functions. There are 10 functions which include linear, quadratic, square root, cube root, and rational functions. All have inverses, however some may have limited domains. There are no exponential, logarithmic, or trigonometric functions. This resource does not include questions on the domains, but that would make for great classroom discussion.
In this engaging Interactive Google Slide® activity students rescue a stranded penguin by finding the inverses of the 10 functions. Each correct answer leads to the next problem and the next step along the rescue path, similar to a scavenger hunt, but the hunt is on their computer screen or tablet.
Detailed illustrated directions are included in this NO PREP
for you activity. The answer key is included as well as a printable students response sheet with room to show work.
Note: You and your students must have access to the internet and have individual FREE Google Drive Accounts to use this resource.
