INTEGRATE STEM IN YOUR CLASSROOM THIS SPRING!
Students will soar at the chance complete this SPRING STEM activities! In this challenge students will be engaged in investigating bird beaks while learning about animal adaptations in a hands-on activity and designing the perfect bird beak suitable for a particular environment. The two activities incorporate the Engineer Design Process while teaching fundamental science concepts.
Students will develop critical thinking and engineering skills as they work through the challenge. They will use the engineer design process the brainstorm, plan, create, test and improve! Opportunities for reflection are incorporated into the activity.
