*cite text evidence from a variety of articles
*independently research air hockey tables
*differentiate between kinetic and static friction using text or online article
*perform mini-lab activity
*create 2 comic strips to show their understanding through creative means
Internet access is required to complete the activities. This could be modified by printing articles ahead of time and providing hard copies for students, and modifying the research on air hockey tables.
Activities can likely be completed in a single 60 minute class period.
