Product Description
This set includes 3 separate .pdf activities.

The first activity is a math investigation in which students will use a balance scale to determine which object is heavier and which object is lighter. The activity requires students to make a prediction, tell their actual results, and then determine if their prediction was correct or incorrect.

The second activity is a simple worksheet but geared towards student interests. The first page of the activity asks students to select the animal that is the heaviest. The second page of the activity asks students to select the animal that is the lightest.

The third activity is a graphic organizer sort. Students will cut out the pictures and place them in the appropriate category: heavy or light.
