In this project students will investigate the launch of a new product, research how the company employed the marketing mix to aid in the launch; then create a presentation highlighting successes, challenges, and lessons learned. Additionally, students will critique the company’s strategies and suggest alternative ideas for future campaigns.

For this project I have my students work with a partner. Students select a product from the list provided to conduct their investigation. You can cut up the paper to allow students to draw from a cup or you can let them pick from the list. I prefer to only have one group per product, but you can decide what works best for you.
Students will use the project instructions to design a Google Slides or Piktochart Infographic on their assigned product. A rubric is included for grading. If time allows, have students present their findings to the class.
