Product Description
This simple investigation explores the conduction of heat through three different materials (glass, styrofoam, and paper). It allows students to form a hypothesis, conduct an investigation, record their data and observations, and graph their results. This packet also includes a take home project where students will apply what they learned about the transfer of thermal energy and build a "better" hot beverage container from materials found around the house or garage.
