What educators are saying

I was so happy to find this for my students to use. They really enjoyed the novel and the assignments were very easy for them to follow.

Description

Irena Sendler and the Children of the Warsaw Ghetto by Susan Goldman Rubin is a great Holocaust picture book about an incredible, courageous woman.

Irena Sendler rescued hundreds of Jewish children during the Holocaust. She is an inspiring hero and a great introduction to the Holocaust and the Righteous Among the Nations, the Holocaust heroes and rescuers. This is a study based on her inspiring and courageous story!
