“Pick a Problem” is a game where students work at their own pace, and are able to get up and move after each task card. Pending on size of class, you may have two or three piles of task cards for students to “pick” from. When finished they replace finished card back in pile and ”pick” another problem. Students are recorded on answer sheet.
Another activity that gets students up and moving, place task cards all over the room (you may choose to hide them to make it more challenging and fun). When students find cards they will answer on sheet provided.
Enrichment activity, these cards can be use for students that have completed their assigned work. This could be the student that is picking up the lesson quicker than the other students.
