Jean Craighead George’s short chapter books One Day in the Prairie, One Day in the Alpine Tundra, One Day in the Woods, One Day in the Desert, and One Day in the Tropical Rainforest are each an introduction to the ecology of different biomes told in a narrative non-fiction format. Each book features a different biome and ecosystem, and each file in this bundle pairs with one of these books.
