VIRGINIA SOL TEST PREP TIME JELLY BEANS SPRING EASTER
This product is designed to provide practice with probability language and models.
Each activity asks students to use probability language that includes impossible, certain, likely, unlikely, equally likely, as likely as.
One version includes a picture of a jar of jelly beans along with a probability statement. The student will color the jelly beans to match the probability statement. Six different pages of this version are included.
A second version includes a picture of an empty jar with a probability statement that gives a number of jelly beans to be drawn. The student will draw and color the jelly beans to match the probability statement. Six different pages of this version are included.
A third version is designed to be used with a set of colored counters or actual jelly beans. The student will list the colors by number and then use probability words such as impossible, unlikely, likely, or certain to describe the collection.
These are great for reviewing probability in a rigorous fashion and are created to specifically support the Items on the Virginia SOL assessments and are great for any class working on probability language and models.
