Spanish Task Cards - Jugar vs. Tocar
32 multiple-choice task cards to learn the difference between the verbs JUGAR and TOCAR in SPANISH.
English-speaking students often confuse these two verbs as they can both mean TO PLAY in English.
On each card there is a simple sentence with a blank space in it. For example: La niña ___ la flauta.
Below this sentence will be two answers to choose from where only one is correct. One answer will have the correct conjugation of the verb JUGAR and the other the correct conjugation of the verb TOCAR.
Students need to choose which verb can be used correctly in each sentence and write their answers on the answer sheet that is provided.
There is an answer key as well where students can check their own answers making it ideal for centers or as a time filler.
