This is a simple Halloween Craft that involves some simple writing, some coloring, and some cutting and glueing. The craft features a pumpkin at the center of an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet and a sheet of jack-o’-lantern facial features. Your students will finish the sentence at the top of the pumpkin sheet that says “My jack-o’-lantern is _________.” with an adjective of their choice. Another sentence at the bottom says “It sees a _________ _________.” This craft is meant to go along with the ‘Jack-o’-Lantern, Jack-o’-Lantern What Do You See?’ booklet that is also sold in my TPT store. In the story a jack-o-lantern sees a white ghost, a purple witch and so on. Your students can write in a colorful ghoul from the story or they can write in their own invention.
Ideal for a Halloween unit or party. Two different pumpkin sheets are included.
