This French game will have students practicing their number recognition, as well as their reading and oral speaking skills in French. It is the classic “I have…Who has…?” game in French. This group of cards is great for practicing and reviewing French numbers 30 to 60! If you are looking for #1-30, see my other product.
Print the pages on coloured paper, remember to laminate for durability, and then cut the pages into 4 cards. I keep my cards in a zip-lock bag and ready to grab when needed.
HOW TO PLAY: Randomly pass out all the cards to students. Some may end up with more than one card if you have less than 30 students. As their teacher, I usually begin by saying, “J’ai trente. Qui a trente-et-un?” and the student who has 31 says, “J’ai trente-et-un. Qui a trente-deux?” Students continue until all cards are read aloud and the final student ends with, “J’ai soixante. La fin!” It takes approximately 2-6 minutes, per game, depending on their level and familiarity with the words.
