*To print and build book:
-Print page 1 separately from all other pages. This will be used as your front/back cover.
-For chapter pages, you can print front-to-back (even number-odd number). To differentiate, print out a chapter or section one-at-a-time to match what you plan to read.
-To build, fold copies in half and stack in order. Fold title page (page 1) around stack and staple at the fold.
