Product Description
Super Fun NINJA Toy to learn the shapes of Hiragana

This magical hexaflexagon origami originated over 400 years ago in Japan.

It is known as "Rokkaku Gaeshi”.

This product will help beginners learn three Hiragana characters which are often confused because of their similar shapes.

The letters are: 「ね (NE)」 「 わ (WA)」「 れ (RE)」

Students can learn these three look-alike letters as they flip the origami toy.

They will learn the words 「ねこ (Cat)」「わに (Alligator) 」and「れもん (Lemon)」at the same time.

The pictures of cat/alligator/lemon, and their spellings, only appear in one space so that they do not interfere with the Hiragana characters.

This product comes with:

1) 2 Hexaflexagon patterns ("ね•わ•れ Version" and "Blank Version")
2)Detailed English and Japanese instructions, with photos, on how to assemble and play.

* Fun toy for all ages.

* Tip to play: Make a 3-blade-Ninja-Star shape and open it from the top each time to get the next set of letters to appear.

* Young elementary school students (2nd-3rd G) and younger will need an adult's help to assemble the toy, since precise origami folding is required.

* Blank version - Please let your students fill in their favorite pictures or letters on each face after assembling the toy.
