In this song, a sad little boy feels very sorry for himself as he outlines each body part that hurts. But what will he do when his friends come to play?

This song introduces body part vocabulary and the sentence ____がいたいです。

Body parts include: 頭、目、耳、口、手、足、おなか

These are presented in the music video and powerpoint including both hiragana and kanji with accompanying pictures.

At the end, for those of you who might not be as familiar with Japanese, the mother calls out, "Kenta-kun! Tomodachi ga kita yo!" (Kenta, some friends are here!")

Suddenly our hero is much better and races off to play. In this section '行ってきます and いってらっしゃい are also used.

This very slow song is excellent for young learners and gives them an opportunity to hone their acting skills as well.
