PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

In preparation for *The Great Gatsby* or The Lost Generation, introduce the students to a fun Jazz Age slang lesson.

Using the gradual release model, the class will perform skits using a variety of different colloquial speech types, e.g., Valley Girl, cholo, hip-hop, etc. Ultimately, small groups of students will use the provided 1920s slang terms to write and perform short skits.
