Here are all the levels from Do-Sol (english and french) to teach your youngest students how to read music! It starts off very easy with very simple rhythms and step by step gets more challenging, I start this with my kindergarten class and by grade 1 they can do all 5 of these notes on piano, xylophone, boomwacker tubes, and bells. I usually spend 10 minutes at the end of every class practicing how to read music in centers. Plus if you are ever sick, they are a great thing to leave a substitute once your students know the routine.
In the next bundle, you'll see the colours start to slowly disappear so students will be reading an entire scale by grade 2-3. I have a couple copies of each "song" just to make sure there is always enough to go around. My students always ask about our instrument centers, they are beyond motivated to play. I hope you enjoy!
